Programme Development Lead - Centre for Church Planting at St Hild
St. Hild Centre for Church Planting is seeking to appoint a Programme Development Lead
The Programme Development Lead will focus on adding further pathways and programmes to this portfolio and in the first two years could envisage focussing on a vocational or BTech-equivalent pathway, a two-year learning community for leaders of larger churches, a young adult church planter programme, and developing our capacity to train micro church leaders.
They will have a teaching role, develop curriculum for new programmes, but will primarily design and build appropriate programmes and pathways. The right candidate may also speakmore widely as invited and with agreement with the Director.
This is a 0.5 FTE role, but we hope to develop the scope where a full-time role, or additional part-time role, could be needed.
