EMBA Administrative Assistant Role


The East Midland Baptist Association is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant (part-time) to join the Regional Team

The EMBA are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and conscientious person who has an eye for detail and who is willing to work flexibly.

The successful candidate will be a Christian with a heart for mission who is able to support the vision of the Association.  They will provide administrative support to the Regional Team, completing tasks on time and to a high standard and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Association Office. 

The role will require the individual to work independently as well as effectively with a range of people; colleagues, volunteers and member churches.

One of the key responsibilities of the role is the creation and maintenance of an EMBA database in ChurchSuite.  Applicants should therefore be competent in the use of IT (experience in the use of ChurchSuite is desirable).
