Rev Steve Mantle: is our Regional Minister Team Leader. Prior to starting work with the Association, he served in Zaire with BMS World Mission and then held pastorates in Derby and Nottingham. Steve, who has three daughters and lives in Nottingham, was also President of BMS World Mission in 2000/2001.

The Regional Ministers have responsibility for ministerial settlement and pastoral care of Ministers and Churches. They also work with churches to look at future development and strategy. Although they work together within the whole Association, for practical purposes, Steve has pastoral oversight for the churches and Ministers in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and North Lincolnshire.

Rev Dianne Tidball is Regional Minister for the southern half of the association. She has held pastorates in Ruislip and North Bushey and is married to Derek with a son Richard. She is passionate about knowing God through Christ and growing churches.

Becky Nicholls: started on 1st June 2007 as the new EMBA administrator. Becky, originally from Lancashire, is a psychology graduate from the University of York. She has recently married Matt and they now live in Nottingham. Becky is a member of West Bridgford Baptist Church where she is a Junior Church Leader and Assistant Guider of the 5th West Bridgford Brownies

Rev Graham Heath: is the new Midlands Coordinator for BMS World Mission and he lives in Oadby. He is married to Helen and they have two teenage children. If you want a World Mission speaker for Sunday or Midweek, or a visit from an Action Team, or you have folk in your fellowship exploring God's call to service either through an Action Team or Summer Team, as a Volunteer or for longer full time work then Graham is available as a first point of contact.

Rev Stephen Keyworth: is the Regional Tutor for Northern Baptist College and spends around 2 days each week focusing on providing training in the East Midlands. Stephen and his wife Liz live in Leicester with their three children. Prior to this, Stephen pastored churches in Leicester and South Shields. Contact Stephen if you want to know more about training opportunities, particularly those offered by the Community Learning Network and Northern College.

One of the training opportunities that Stephen is involved in is 'TiMM' (Together in Mission and Ministry).

David Marshall: is the association treasurer. David is a member of Watnall Road Baptist Church in Hucknall, and partner in a small firm of Chartered Accountants in Nottingham. If you want some help or advice on Church financial matters then vontact David.
